I wouldn’t be able to list all the songs and who they are about probably but tswiftdaily has some right in the middle of their FAQs page -> http://tswiftdaily.tumblr.com/FAQ It’s hard to say for sure since well I’m not her and she is seen with guys sometimes people never know if they were dating or just friends hanging out. But I think the big ones for sure are Martin Johnson(edit: Actually I guess they never officially dated, she just wrote Love Story about him and they wanted to be together but ended up not), Joe Jonas, Taylor Lautner, John Mayer, Jake Gyllenhaal, Will (so it seems now), and now Conor. She did go on some dates with Lucas Till too if you want to throw that in there, but it sounds like they split right away and were went out together a few times, nothing serious. Lucas said something about it in an interview like they dated a little but decided they weren’t right together mutually.

She is walking down the block with this guy to her car and she is almost brings him up (Jake, lol. To talk crap about him :P), but then the guy starts talking about movies that his family watches every single Christmas (you got the lyrics wrong there above. Seems like this is probably near Christmas time btw ;p) and they talk about that and she forgets all about what she was going to say about Jake and enjoys talking to this other guy and finally leaves the past behind her, “For the first time, what’s past is past”
